This hotel is a solid choice to stay in the downtown area with good walking access to the town and its shops and restaurants.

They advertise as pet friendly. Then pull a bait and switch. They have 2 rooms for pets. All others with pets receive a LARGE pet cleaning fee in addition to the pet fee. Neither Expedia nor the manager would make it right. Beware. The room was nicely updated but the unexpected and unagreed upon charge is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback. Your pet cleaning fee was removed as a customer service gesture. All on-line platforms recommend calling the property directly to ensure we have a pet friendly room available in an effort the avoid having to charge extra cleaning fees.

The room was clean & friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Spectacular views. Excellent location in Uptown Sedona. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by Ian. He was extremely hospitable in an authentic way and he got us checked in quickly and without any hesitations. We booked the 2 bed suite, the Owl's Nest and we were very happy with it. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large and beautifully renovated down to the rain showerhead. And we enjoyed a drink on the rooftop patio overlooking the hustle and bustle of main street Sedona. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Great stay in Sedona, center of Uptown. Walkable to shops, dining and just a short drive to so many sites. Room was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view. Easy check in and nice pool area. Would stay again and recommend.

We loved staying here. The location is great…close to shops and restaurants. The view is fantastic from our room on the second floor. Staff is friendly and attentive. Loved the renovated room/bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Recently underwent extensive renovation. Very roomy. Comfortable chair and bed. Plenty of room to set up two suitcases. Beautiful step-in shower. Lots of counter space around sink. Attractive colors and design. Gorgeous view. Microwave and refrigerator. Right in the middle of downtown but no noise in the room. Front office staff provided u,Bella’s for us when it rained. Highly recommend.

The view was AMAZING and the room was clean and remodeled. I was a little surprised by the motel appearance from the outside, so I asked the desk clerk if i could see the room. He said if we didn't want to stay, others would be happy to. He stormed off, ahead of us to show us the room with a major attitude.

The owner is an amazing woman. She is very helpful, she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. She is delightful to talk to and made my friend and I feel at home. The experience was wonderful! Highly recommend this property.

Loved the place. Only problem expedia said it was pet friendly but i was charged a fee upon arrival due to issues linking expedia and the hotel. Was lovely besides that
