"Overall we had a pleasant stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. We stayed at the 2 story room. It was ok as far as the amount of space - it was just outdated. If you want to stay in one of their renovated rooms just pick the smaller room. Location was great and the staff was very nice. "

"I requested an upstairs room on three occasions- initial booking, pre-check in and at check in. Was not given one so listened to loud footsteps. Property pictures show pretty Mountain Views. Our view was a parking lot behind the airport. We were charged twice for room and had to wait for it to be cleared up at check in. Room was very nice."

"The property is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Check in was troubling as they hit you with hard sell to purchase units at the resort. Parking is painful as the resort is in the popular Uptown Sedona where public parking is scarce so they park in the resort’s parking lot. "
