"The evening dinner option was a very nice perk. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. My flight was delayed and I was able to pay a little extra to be able to stay in the room later which was wonderful. The airport shuttle was timely. Absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have been better."

"A ways out north, depending on where you need to be. The Cleaning staff rep was courteous, attentive and friendly. The gym was basic but served its purpose with dumbells & treadmill, bike & elliptical. Decent pool. Parking handy. Can’t beat the price of free breakfast if you’re thing, but didn’t try breakfast offering a pretty standard free b-fast depending on preferences with bagels, yogurt, pre-cooked egg omelette patties, & a waffle machine, & limited fruit options. "Air con was loud and smelled looked like it was from 1970
Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!"

"We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome."

"The location was great for me. Central to east and west destinations during my stay. Plenty of parking. This is a new facility. It is well managed, staff is helpful, Laundry room is clean and machines are new. Breakfast is grab and go with no real place to sit down…but then again having a two burner stove, fridge, micro, and availability of kitchen items the grab and go snacks make a lot of sense. Very close to box stores to the East around Gilbert Rd, and since there is construction going...

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...
