"This is not a 4 star hotel. Cold showers, A/C constantly turns off, WiFi barely works, and the room was not clean upon arrival. The staff is not very friendly either. They will find a way to charge you for something on checkout. Book at your own risk. "

"I think a lot of Western tourists might be leery because it's not a familiar brand, but it was a great property, great room, great staff. Very happy, would stay again. My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. Could also use a few more lounges around the pool."
