"Incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Room offered everything promised; clean and modern. The free tea and coffee and office facilities on the 27th floor are a nice touch with a great view. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"The room was tiny but considering that it is located in New York city it is okay.
Great amenities and great location. I was traveling alone it is great for business trip as the top floor has comfy seating area to work and coffee"
