"The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. "We as a family loved our stay at the hotel.The front desk was great,they welcomed us really well,upgraded our room and gave us a bigger room as we were 5 in total. My kids loved the room, the only thing that was a concern was the ac,we had hard time figuring out how to put it on heat and to have it stay warm. But besides that all was great."

"The gym did not have enough equipment and the equipment that they had was faulty and did not work the treadmill was too loud and clunked the left foot part of the elliptical was shotty. My original room 3 20 had standing water in the tub the bathroom was dirty I was supposed to have two queen rooms for the night however I ended up having to move because I had one Queen room and then one king room they must have oversold the double Queens I will say that Rome was fantastic and helping to organize...

"The elevator was broken, so I had to walk to the 4th floor. The hot water was nonexistent. The hotel was ok, definitely get what you pay for. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, but the first morning, we didn't have any hot water. It was warm, but it wasn't hot. The next morning, the water was hot though. The room was pretty quiet, and the parking was fine. It was a little busy but there were plenty of spots. I would stay again.The staff was really friendly and offered a late xheck out which really helped. "
