"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. "Room was big, looks nice, clean, in great condition, we also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, pretty good option, the staff was nice, but sometimes they would take your plate very quickly...like my partner was holding last bite in his hand and they would be taking the plate...they always asked if he is done, but it felt bit awkward. Hotel is situated at big busy road, there are some restaurants and shops around. You can also walk to the beach and icon mall, it's pretty close but sidewalks are not in great condition and in the evening poorly lit. Also, they do not provide luggage storage after you check out."

"My stay at Padma Resort Ubud was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the top five hotels I have experienced across the 40 countries I have visited and more than 150 hotels I have stayed in worldwide. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff provided an incredibly warm and personalised experience that immediately made us feel welcome. I only wish we had arrived earlier to fully appreciate everything the resort has to offer. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could need. The bathroom products were of excellent quality and beautifully scented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were among the best I have experienced during my travels. The pool area was absolutely breathtaking. From the dedicated children’s section to the swim-up bar, every detail was impressive. The infinity pool overlooking the surrounding jungle created a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The bar staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and happily prepared customised drinks that were not even listed on the menu, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering an extensive buffet selection with something for everyone. The panoramic views from the breakfast area elevated the experience even further. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to explore the resort’s on-site farm and zoo facilities. Looking back, I wish we had allocated more time to staying at the resort"
