"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out.
Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. The TV actually worked well, unlike in most hotels. The room layout seemed to be well thought out with everything right where it should be.
Third, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s basically a short e-scooter ride to everything.The rooftop seating area is really nice and a good place to bring a drink in the early evening and just admire the city views.
I could go on, but you just have to go and enjoy this place.
We will definitely be back in the Spring, and probably even before then."
