The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff members were extremely friendly and courteous, and they paid close attention to my needs and requests throughout my stay.

They have the sweetest person working on the breakfast area. Her name is Rosie and she is so kind, attentive and makes sure every guest is treated with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend this place! We just moved to Seattle and loved it here!

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Check in could have explained in more detail about the parking garage as I had never stayed here before. It was great having a full sized fridge and although windows did not open it was easy to maintain a good temperature.

Excellent location to Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, etc. It's walking distance to a lot of places but keep in mind a lot of the walk will be uphill. Property was nice & breakfast was included. I don't like that the property charges for an early check-in.

The air conditioning was broke and so we woke up to a room temperature at 83 degrees. There was no parking. They have a parking garage but did not have enough spaces for us to use one. They were also unable to accommodate our SUV in the parking garage the next day….. Otherwise very nice hotel. We were able to walk to our venue and get drinks close by. Staff were exceptionally friendly! Bed was comfortable

The location of the property is very close to Climate Pledge & Seattle Center area. The staff were friendly and amazing to work with. The room was clean and had a great view of the sound. The breakfast provided had so many options from cereal, eggs & bacon, waffles, toaster for bagels, English muffins, etc.

We really our stay at a Homewood Suites in Queen Anne, Seattle. It is only blocks away from the Seattle Center, right across from beach, where there's a nice walking path, easy to get downtown by bus or ride share and we really appreciated having a separate sitting area and kitchen. Full breakfast daily too. Nice, friendly staff, clean hotel and a good location. We'll definitely stay here again on future visits.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Seattle. Perfect location and easy to find. My kids (teens) were comfortable moving around the hotel independently and we all enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I would 10/10 stay here again.

The hotel was a good location and good price, but the parking was expensive. I’m guessing it’s the same for all downtown Seattle hotels. There was ants in the room bathroom

The room was very spacious, but lacked certain amenities. I’m okay if housekeeping doesn’t come every day, but then leave enough coffee, toilet paper and such. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The location was great for going to events, but be careful as we didn’t safe walking at night.

This were our first time family trip to Seattle. I'd like the locations and everything but only the bed and sofa bed were'nt comfortable at all, it seems too old? Other than that hotel was cleaned, quiet, and service was good.

The facility is in good condition and comfortable. Overall 4.5 stars. The 0.5 star deduction to improve breakfast and improve overall cleanliness. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
