"The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure. Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. "Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities."
