Was not as clean as the photos on Expedia portrayed it to be. Only one vending machine for soda or water. Has a small scary dark casino connected to the hotel with a Chinese restaurant inside it, no other food available. Lots of noise - I assume people coming and going to casino. Told by front desk staff that closest food would be a 7-11 about a mile walk away from hotel, which I was not willing to do alone at night. Very run down property and elevator made a lot of clunking noise that was worrisome. One plus was shuttle to airport which did leave on time.

Original room smelled real bad second room had pubic hair on the toilet. They had nobody available to clean it we had to move to a third room. Sheets were torn stains on the wall lamp shades had cracked through them. Shuttle bus to the airport was limited hours which did not work for us. I would not recommend this hotel and cannot believe that Best Western allows it to use their name.

I chose this hotel specifically because it advertises a 24hr shuttle service to the airport and I had a 6:00 AM flight. i called to confirm that there was a service and was reassured that a shuttle departs every 30 minutes. When I got there to check in, I was told that the shuttle service begins after 5:30.
