Front staff was friendly as well as the restaurant server in the morning. I would stay here if you need a place which is close to the airport. They also have a couple of car chargers and a Indian restaurant next door which has amazing food at reasonable Seattle prices.

The hotel was very neat , with very friendly staff . Checking in was seamless. the room was spacious and very clean . The food at Kanishka East Indian restaurant was very delicious and awesome. . The pick up and drop off from airport service was very quick and professional !

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. There’s an Asian grocery store down the street that we went to frequently. The area felt safe to walk around.

Air vent made terrible noises throughout the night. Bed was very hard and pillows flat. Was supposed to get 2 queen beds and walk in shower for our handicap father in-law. Got a king bed and no walk in shower.

Gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned, told front desk then waited almost an hour, still nothing….finally found housekeeping and asked them to clean our room which they promptly did.

We were given a room that was already occupied by another guest. We used the key to enter, only to find it was occupied. Thank goodness those occupants were not in the room at that time. When i returned to the front desk, the only thing the clerk said was "sorry for the inconvenience ". On top of that, nothing further was done to remedy and we didn't receive the room upgrade as promised at the time of check-in.

Only problem was the front desk clerk never showed up so the security guard had to handle the front desk but didnt know how to check in guests. He was so kind and apologized repeatedly. They called in another staff member so after about 40 minutes i was able to get checked into my room. They comped my parking and gave me a free breakfast. I appreciated all his efforts to keep me informed.

I switched to this property last minute after reserving elsewhere and finding the other property to feel quite unsafe. Luckily, this Sheraton was accommodating and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave my information on where to eat (especially helpful since it was a holiday) and were able to arrange an airport shuttle with no issues at all. Very grateful for this hotel and their staff!

Driving in and out during "high traffic" times takes patience. Also, add the $4 breakfast as part of your booking. If you don't, it'll cost you $18.

Rooms inside were as expected. The Indian restaurant attached to the hotel was phenomenal, and I drive to Canada for Indian regularly. The rooms either face the street (front of building) or tenement apartments (rear), and there is no secure parking in the area. We didn't have our drapes open because our window looked into someone's living room. It would have been nice to have a "sheer" drape option, so we could let in light without feeling folks could look at us (especially at night, with lights on).

Found a stain and someone elses hair under the sheets. Very noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. Pillows are good. Smoke alarm has a bright green blinking light directly above the bed. We barely slept. And left early because we knew we could not rest properly. Little to no amenities. Could hear even low conversation in hallway and rooms. We chose this hotel to sleep and rest while out in the area. We didnt not achive this at all. And finding the bed had not been changed properly is absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed. Unsatisfied. Heavy perfume of some kind in lobby.

Nice property in a transitioning area. Not sure if area going up or down, but..... Nice room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and good shower. Odd that all lights are tied to a switch, so if you want a bedside light, you have to manually turn off all the other lights. Hmmmm

The room smelled like mold. Looking at the window there was water inside the window on the floor due to the caulking being cracked or non existent in some places.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Checked in but failed to offer parking pass, then in room remote for TV did not work , went to front desk because they did not answer phone to get another remote, still could not get to work tried to call again no answer. Another trip down stairs. Finally person came to room and admitted tv is always a problem, asked why no printed directions just got a shrug. Body wash despenser empty another trip to front desk. Blankets on bed were thinner than paper, tried to compensate by turning up heat, did not work. Last there is no microwave, which had assumed
