Overall, a good experience. The rooms were very clean, very well maintained, and had great amenities. The tv had a good number of channels available. Staff were courteous and helpful. My only gripe was they charged me for the rooms before I even set foot on the property to check-in. I get the non ...

Sentral Gaslamp Quarter
The location was great, and the room size was great. Has a kitchen and a full-size refrigerator. Does not have a pool, maybe a problem in the summer.

The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert
Beautiful property, very clean. Food at the restaurants were great. Large property which was very spread out. For my older mom, we figured out we could call have get a golf cart pick up to the main pool and restaurants. This wasn’t communicated at check in but we asked.
