"Love this motel been going for a few years now I enjoy the fact that there is a pool and you’re right off the boardwalk. Since I’ve been coming a couple years, I notice is decline of the property. Do not let the word resort full you it is a motel with a pool. But they are clean they are friendly. And the convenience of the place is wonderful. I would come again. "

"We had a great time here, the 2 bedroom suite was spacious for our large family, and the kids loved the pool! The owner was really kind and helpful. We loved having the restaurant right across the street, really convenient! I highly recommend this property if staying in Seaside!"

"Muhammad at the front desk was amazing! We were able to check in early for a small fee as well as upgrade to a larger room for a small fee because we added an extra person with us last minute! He was great about working with us to make sure we had what we needed! The room was a great size for a quick trip & was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return when coming back to seaside! "

"The property is close to the beach which is great. The fridge and tv worked. There was a microwave. We're glad we brought our own coffee pot since there was none provided. The motel is supposedly under renovation and we were in the room that was forgotten. The room was clean and provided for 2 people, 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and a tiny bar of soap. The room's door had previously been pried open, the damage was patently visible. The door was also falling off the hinges. I believe there were...

"Stayed 2 nights for 4th of July. Art was very nice. We were told the washer just got fixed and we would be given bath towels later that night but never got any, parking was very hard to get and a far walk down the next road, and got no hand soap or barley any toilet paper left on the roll. But the motel was in close walking distance to the boardwalk which made our time enjoyable. The pool looked clean for the first half of the trip. Owner very chill and would recommend! "
