"We rented a room with a kitchenette and was stocked with all amenities except for anything used for cooking (i.e salt, oil, etc), so if you're planning on using the kitchen, please be sure to buy some ahead of time. As stated by it's name, the hotel was right outside the oceanfront. It was lovely being able to watch the sunrise/sunset from the hotel window and you were minutes away from the beach itself. "Our room overlooked the beach. This room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. They do offer basic breakfast items. We didn’t try anything. Did have the coffee and it was very good. It was a very walkable location to shops, restaurants and the beach was awesome to walk on. Saw individuals digging for clams in the morning. Would stay here again."

"Location is excellent to beach, restaurants and stores, all easy walks. Great ocean view from 3rd floor with elevator access. Room was clean but with outdated furniture and old yellow bath and sink. Quiet location further down promenade from bigger hotels and traffic. We booked 4 days in advance but room prices were lower for the same room the next couple of days. Overall enjoyed our stay at Seaside and will come again. Hope High Tides finishes their remodel soon."

"Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this...

"Nice hotel with excellent views of the ocean. Love the personal jetted hot tub and private balcony. Located right on the beach walk and it takes a minute to walk to everything you want."

"We loved the balcony, the two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and the mini kitchen had the basics plus coffee. It was just what we were looking for our stay at the beach."

"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate.
