"The hotel was wonderfully located in Bo Kaap on the slopes of Signal Hill, with a great view over the city. The hotel was of a high standard, with large rooms with lots of characters, clean and comfortable. The hotel had an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner options and the breakfast included in the room rate was good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "Hotellet ligger på en dejlig rolig gade, men tæt på caféer/restauranter. Smukke fællesrum og værelser, men værelser er meget små. De 2 små pools er virkelig små men den øverste terrasse er hyggelig og med dejlig udsigt. Dårligt personale, man føler sig ikke velkommen overhovedet. Ingen smil og ingen snak. Fin morgenmad med alt hvad man kan ønske sig, men man skal ikke have et åbent køkken når personalet hellere vil checke deres mobiltelefoner end skabe en god stemning. Vi har oplevet utrolig god...

Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. "Das Hotel war wunderschön, wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren alle unglaublich herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr modern mit einem schönen Balkon, wir haben uns durchgehend wohlgefühlt. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet.
