The hotel was a bit dates, the towels were frayed, the bed was uncomfortable. The food in the pub was obviously frozen and warmed. Quality Inn Wilkes-Barre near Arena
The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. The location is great. They do offer a continental breakfast, and the Wi-Fi works well. I would recommend.
