"This Spark was GREAT! I was so happy with the pool area, quaint breakfast included, & air conditioning in particular. The staff customer service was absolutely incredible, literally one of the best experiences I have had with hotel staff ever- shout out to Maria & Mary!!! Parking is plentiful, location is perfect for out-of-towners (airport was a 10 minute Lyft ride away!), & the 24hr. coffee bar was a super nice touch :)

"The room was very dated and is in desperate need of repair. The tub was stained , doors need replacing and carpet also. It was like walking into a time warp..a bad one. The lobby and breakfast buffet was very nice and clean and updated. The side parking area is very dark and needs security."

"I was able to get my pick up from the airport within 10/15 mins after I called. The driver was super friendly and helpful. I got an early check in, clean room and very comfortable. There’s a nice variety of snacks and drinks to purchase at their mini shop. Everyone was super polite and helpful. The breakfast here was better than the Hyatt I stayed at in Miami. Overall I would recommend here and def would return."

"Definitely not the worst place I've been to but certainly not the best either. We were booked in a room near the back on the bottom, but the room was a bit messy and we had to clean it to feel comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice but there were no utensils, plates, or pans to be able to cook anything. We were busy out and about during most of the time we were there anyway so we just accepted the room as it was. We did bring up our concerns on the day we checked out to a staff member...

"Front Desk Staff are very conservative with their friendliness. Very little to almost none was said to make us feel welcomed at check-in. Almost NONE was said at check-out to feel appreciated of our decision to stay there.
Our first room A/C was not working. We were very understanding and patient.
The manager, Victor is the only hotel personal that we see friendly and helpful.
Our 2nd room A/C was working a little better but still not cooling to our liking. We were only there for 1 night and...

"It's a nice hotel and there is a rooftop bar. We were given vouchers for free margaritas, smoothies, and coffee for our stay. The margaritas were good, but the smoothie's were sugar bombs and undrinkable. They had free bottled waters in the mini fridge and $8 Evian on the counter. We were charged for the Evian even though we didn't touch it. Took several days and tried to get the hotel to reverse the charge and confirm it was refunded. A disappointing experience for a Westin."
