"The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. Hot water was plentiful, it just didn't drain out of the tub and leaked from the sink drain onto the floor. I thought I was getting a room with a refrigerator and microwave. Not only were these missing, there was no chair for the desk. They got me a chair and microwave, but the only place to plug it in safely had it on the floor. Housekeeping took my used towels, but couldn't seem to replace them."
