"The hotel is in a great central location to the train station and to getting around the city. Very easy check in - expect to use the stairs as the elevator is traditionally small for an old building - we used it once upon check in and walked up and down to the fourth floor the rest of the stay. We had booked a family room to have the extra space and it was great. The bed was firm and the sleeper was comfortable. Bed linens are excellent - it does fall short on the towels in that they are very thin and a bit harsh. It’s late May and we lucked out the weather was perfect - the room did not have AC but provided fans and our room had lots of windows for letting the fresh air in. We had breakfast the last day and it was traditional fare of sliced meats, cheeses with breads and croissants - perfect lite meal to start a day of exploring. "

"This hotel is so lovely. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Switzerland and this stay was the best for last! The room and the hotel as a whole is modern and fresh. We stayed on the premium floor. The organization and shelving in the room and bathroom was great to be able to get fully unpacked. My only feedback is: 1) The rugs on each side of the bed slip around and drive you nuts. Get some rugs with anti-slip backing! 2) I noticed some mildew spots on the tile in the shower. The shower/tub could use a deep clean! 3) The pillows on the bed could be firmer/hold their shape better. "
