"I love this hotel! It is so cute and classically Bavarian. We stayed on the top floor overlooking the front of the hotel. I felt very safe here. We came to Europe for a 2 week trip and stayed in 5 different beds - this one was by far the comfiest. Plus it was a super close walk to a bakery and fantastic Biergarten. We came by rental car and they had free parking available. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and it was also perfect weather when we came so we slept with the window open. It’s a quiet enough town that outside noise was basically none. They also give you a physical key for both the room and the front door to the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about any special codes. If we ever come back to Schwangau we will definitely stay here again."
