"Lage ist top; mitten im Zentrum! Vom Bahnhof aus bequem in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn (2 Stationen) erreichbar. Moderne und schicke Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber. Keine Einwegartikel im Bad, was ich persönlich für die Umwelt wirklich super finde! Seife und Duschgel waren in Spendern vorhanden. Frühstück habe ich nicht im Hotel beansprucht, da mir das mit 26€ pro Tag dann doch zu teuer war."

"The hotel is situated just by the Munster in the old town and couldn’t be better placed. The hotel is beautiful and very old but well maintained. It has so much character. There was fresh fruit in the room on arrival. The staff were very cheerful and helpful and a total pleasure. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit it again."

"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement."

"Ein schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück war großartig. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber für einen Aufenthalt von wenigen Tagen völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war hervorragend – Matratze und Kissen waren bequem, sodass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Wir hatten einen Balkon, was sehr schön war. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ganz in der Nähe am Bahnhof; das Hotel stellt hierfür ein vergünstigtes Ticket zur Verfügung....

"Gute Lage, um die Freiburg zu erkunden. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut. Hotel schaut an der Rezeption, Frühstücksraum, Bar sehr modern aus. Die Zimmer bräuchten mal eine Auffrischung. Bett war bequem und somit war der Aufenthalt für zwei Übernachtungen für uns okay. Parken im Parkhaus mit 28€ je Nacht etwas teuer, aber mittlerweile bei Städtetrips muss dies eingeplant werden."

"Parkplatz pro Nacht ist draußen für 10€ und in in der Tiefgarage für 18€ möglich. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Kleine aber gute Frühstücksauswahl, lediglich der Kaffee hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Tram nur 3 Minuten Fußläufig entfernt, super Anbindung in die Innenstadt."

"The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in."

"Frühstück war gut und man konnte draussen sitzen. Bei der Hitze war es im 2. OG sehr warm und es gab keine Klimanlage, aber zum Garten konnte man mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ist auch gut mit der Strassenbahn erreichbar, Räder können gemietet werden. Abends gibt es im Keller einen SB Kühlschrank mit Getränken zu normalen Gastropreisen. Vielen Dank."

"Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people."
