"施設は清潔で美しく、スタッフは親切で素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 急遽誕生日のサプライズをお願いした時も迅速に素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。友人にとって素晴らしい誕生日になったと思います。チップをお渡ししたかったのですがタイミングを失ってしまいお渡しできず申し訳なかったです。フランクフルトからの交通の便も良いので、とてもおすすめですし、こういったお城ホテルの中ではリーズナブルに楽しめる宿泊先です。ぜひまた宿泊したいです。"
