"Vila gale was awesome. My daughter and I love breakfast, staffs were happy, cheerful, and helpful. We also, had a beautiful spa day, in addition, the place was very clean. I will be staying there again. I love it there."

"This lovely hotel is in a peaceful location, only a few minutes walk to a beautiful park, as well as restaurants. They have an indoor pool as well as an outdoor one. Be warned that you must wear a swimming cap for the indoor one (:P). The outdoor pool was chilly in June, perhaps because half the pool is in a shaded area for half the day."

"Where do we start. This was a fabulous hotel. Everything we expected and hoped for. Sonia looked after us from the moment we arrived and we could not have wished for a better host. If you want a modern hotel with square rooms and satellite TV, this is not the place for you. Keeping the style of its initial build 100 years ago makes this place very special from the opulence of the residents lounge, the ship like dining room and the rooms which are old but well cared for. We were fortunate to have a room facing the river with large balcony doors and air conditioning. The breakfast was exceptional. We dropped one star on the amenities only because it would have been nice to have a bar. To be fair there is an honesty bar but its not the same. Deserves all 5 stars overall and we re already looking at dates to return."
