"+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet."

"This hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Rooms are bright and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasure to wake up to warm sunlight from the Juliet balcony. The location is great, with easy walking access to several restaurants in town. The staff are a credit to their organisation and helped with advice when asked. The provided information about driving tours of the area, all of which proved fascinating. We particulary recommend visiting Monsanto, Coimbra, Tomar...

"Charming beautifully decorated cottages. We enjoyed fire place, deck, library, and pottery workshop. There is a delicious healthy breakfast served in the cafe every morning. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We hiked to a nearby village. We will definitely come back. "

"It was a cute little apartment. Type unit was a huge balcony overlooking the river, which was beautiful. Had a very well kept kitchenette, a little living room area, bedroom, and bathroom. It was well decorated and a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely return"

"At first, my small, windowless, wood paneled room reminded me of a sauna and made me a little claustrophobic, but I soon got over it and found my room to be quite adaquate for my needs. Further, the staff were terrific and even assisted me with travel reservations to my next destination!"

"Hotel muito bem localizado para ir pra qualquer ponto da cidade, ainda tem supermercado, padaria e restaurante próximo. Ponto negativo, permitem fumar nos quartos com varanda e o cheiro vai para os outros quartos com varanda tb. Não sou fumante e “sofri” com o cheiro, mas resolveram logo que reclamei. Para quem não é fumante, sugiro pedir quarto sem varanda (não muda pq não tem vista). "

"Petit hôtel récemment rénové et très propre. À quelques minutes de marche du centre touristique. Les chambres sont petites, mais c'est à la mesure du bas prix. Je recommande!"

"We chose this hotel as unlike most, it had a pool - infact 2, 1 inside and 1 outside. We had a great room - large with seating area and a view of both the pool and the castle. Superking bed which was very comfortable. Disapponted no iron available. It is, by comparison to others in Tomar, a large hotel and whilst its used by coach tours its quiet whilst being in easy walking distance of the beautiful town and its attractions. There's a good choice at breakfast although the coffee machines take...
