"Bad area but clean and close to train "

"Really nice hotel, the family rooms are brilliant. Great playroom for the kids aswel. Slightly out of the main centre but is still walkable. We would definitely stay here again if revisiting Brussels"

"They clean room badly. It was on floor some piece of paper. They didn’t change tissue box even our box was empty. We asked and they bring 1 1/2 hours later. Nobody refill body wash it was almost empty. But hotel location is terrific. Breakfast is fine but price wise better to eat outside. We had few times because we had early tours . So I recommend to stay because location is very good and convenient."

"Rustic look. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Not sure why they have auto turn off lights in dark alleys, which take forever to turn on. Fix them. Breakfast is not worth paying for, you can better options just 10min walking."

"The stay was nice, but not without a few issues. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Our hand soap in the bathroom was empty and they do not offer face cloths/wash cloths. There is a bar but reception is responsible for it and does not have any mixers. If you want a rum and Coke you buy the rum and the Coke comes separately, so mixed cocktails don't exist. The hot tub was great, and the property itself is well maintained. Our air conditioner worked fairly well but not great. The tub was slooooowwww to fill but the hot water was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The location is convenient to the Midi train, but is not super close to the main tourist areas of Brussels. We didn't have problems getting taxis or Ubers, but there is construction going on in front of the hotel so we had to walk a little ways to catch them. The area is highly mixed nationality and we were told it was safe, just look out for pick pockets. We didn't have any issues as we walked around."
