Staff were great. Room was cute and clean though my shower door had a bit coming off the door but it don’t cause too much of an issue. In a great location near the train station and tram/bus link straight into town if you don't wanna walk the 10 minutes. Would stay again if I’m ever in Salzburg.

Nice hotel situated in town centre with easy access to main attractions. Big and comfortable rooms, we slept well Reception staff especially were very helpful and we were quickly settled into our rooms

Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well

비앤비같은 아파트 일줄 알았는데 그건 아니고 무료짐보관함(대형캐리어.백팩)이 지하에 있었고 총괄책임자로보이는 분 한분이 상주해계셨어요. 숙소에도착했을때 비가와서 짐두고 쉴곳이 필요했는데 다행히 A동이 열려있어서 중요한짐은 사물함에 넣고 큰짐은보관할데가없어서 숙소옆계단에캐리어 묶어놓고 나중에들어와서 체크인했습니다.얼리체크인이 안된건 좀 아쉬웠어요.핀번호미리받아도 3시체크인타임부터 작동되더라구요. 전체적으로 깔끔했고 히터작동가능하며 빨래도 잘마르고 따뜻한곳이었습니다. 물도제공되고, 냉장고 포트 식기가 갖춰져있어서 뭐 차려먹기는편리했어요. ...

The room was modern, roomy, bright, and functional. The on site laundry and luggage storage lockers are also nice add on amenities. Communication was smooth and quick despite of no on site staff.
