"This was a very nice newer hotel right next to Woodfield mall. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. We had a ant problem in our first room but the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The staff said they would take care of the ants. The breakfast area was really nice and the food was excellent. The area around the hotel is nice and it worked out well for walking our

"Did not know that there was an additional pet fee, got called at 1 am to pay pet fee....Room smelled like an ashtray. Location was good, parking was good. Breakfast was acceptable. "

"We needed a suite hotel to accommodate our family of three adults in suburban Chicago for a visit with family and a celebratation of our daughter's birthday. Main Stay Suites in Schaumburg seemed the perfect for our mini-vacation. There was plenty of room with more than adequate kitchen space and appliances, a nicely-sized living room with sofabed and chair and a main bedroom with a chest, nightstand and closet. It was an ADA unit so the bathroom was exceptionally large. We enjoyed our stay...

"Plenty of space in the rooms and great for pet families. The elevators need some love. The couches in the rooms were also very beat up. Nice staff!"
