"This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s centrally located with easy access to everything on the Cape. It was clean, the staff and owners were extremely nice and the coffee and pastries were a nice surprise! The property had lots of little touches that you don’t find at big chains. "Our stay was brief, only overnight for a nearby wedding, but next time it will be longer! Immaculate room, inviting pool with ample loungers around it, a delightful gazebo, convenient location, but most of all friendly helpful hosts. Very happy with our experience."

"Basic, clean and comfortable. Great location also if you want to be very close to the beach. In general we loved staying in Dennisport. In the past we stayed in Yarmouth and this area is much more quiet and peaceful. Big beautiful pool which wasn’t open yet, free coffee and area info in the lobby. "

I have a habit of bringing my own cleaning supplies and do a high traffic clean before we unpack, my cleaning supplies were clean when I was done. We stayed with our toddlers and it was a great experience. It’s not very walkable to town, that was my misunderstanding from never being to the cape before so if you haven’t either, now you know. You dont need to leave the property if you don’t want to. We got groceries and had picnics on...

"Really enjoyed our "By the Sea". Our room, one of the less expensive rooms with a view of the parking lot and another building was, nevertheless, very comfortable. Excellent king bed was, efficient, quiet AC, large enough to move around. The location -right on the beach with a sea-view breakfast room.Breakfast was terrific - freshly made muffins, eggs, meats, fresh fruit. A good value. "

"Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (...
