"Staff was nice. Rooms were OK. Bathroom: The shower situation is terrible. The curtains for the shower don’t go down to the floor. There’s little to no barrier between the shower and bathroom floor so the water just goes wherever. Disgusting. Beds/ living space: was OK. They don’t seem to clean the window areas which I thought was a little weird but hey that’s not terrible. There’s more but I’ll stop there. "

"Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets"

"The hotel is quite new so the fixtures and furnishings were all clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Showers are configured strangely so you can’t avoid completely flooding the bathroom floor… and lighting in the room was also sparse. Good location though and the staff was attentive."

"We were lectured by the front desk when we checked in about using a third party to book our room. When housekeeping did our room, they did not replenish toilet paper or provide enough towels. The room is fair but very dark and cold feeling. Not impressed with this “4 star” hotel."
