"Staff was very responsive. No fault of theirs but when I got there there was one fork in the kitchen and 4 of everything else. Once notified, they brought me more right away. They made every effort to meet every need, you just have to ask and give them a chance to make it right... Stayed for 10 nights and headed back there for another stay next week and looking forward to it...."

"Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. "The property is great. The amenities are quality- nothing is cheap… kitchen is stocked & utensils are not flimsy- bedding is nice. Some good touches like under mount lighting in the bathroom that comes on as you walk in- the temperature is easy to keep constant (which is rare in units) it’s very walkable and the parking is easy ($60 per night).
