"Great location and comfortable rooms"

"Stayed for one night and was seriously impressed. The villa was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable. The breakfast basket in the morning was a great touch — fresh, local, and way better than expected. The whole place has a calm, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views by the river. Even though it was a short stay, it felt special."

"We had a really fantastic stay. Appartment included sauna. Windows had mosquito nets, so if you want to sleep with windows open rather than use the airco, that's also possible. Communication with host Jema was very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was the weather :-), but in this appartment that is not a problem. "

"We enjoyed this as our final stay in Norway after 2 weeks. It was idyllic, scenic, and we loved the hens and chicks free ranging on the property! So cute. The only confusion was that there isn't any signage directing you where to go when you arrive. We accidentally went to the door of their main home that is pictured in the Expedia listing, instead of the home that is the rental described. I had to message them when we arrived for clarification. Other than that, the stay was very relaxing....

"This may be the best rental I've ever stayed at anywhere. The location is great as a base to travel to Vik, the black sand beach, all the waterfalls in between, etc. Vestmannaeyjar (Westman) Islands is very close too (very close). It is also perfect if you start the Golden Circle in Reykjavik and then continue from Selfoss to Bryggjur in the afternoon instead of returning to Reykjavik. The house is 15 min from a grocery store and gas station, but is very remote-- far back in the field off the...
