"Excellent all round, ideal for families "

"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "

"Good hotel close to everything and public transportation to the city's central station. The room is great, the only problem is the air conditioning doesn't work very well and the windows don't open much (very little opening)."
