Sauna is only in the afternoons, which is a bit of a shame. Breakfast was great. And receptionists very friendly even late on 31.12. "

"The hotel is just on the edge of the centre of leipzig, perfect location 2 min walk to the start of shops and restaurants and sights,the breakfast is good with a very good selection but it doesget busy and not too easy to get a table, maybe if they had someone to lead guests to a table it would be less hassle for guests, the rooms are very adequate but are getting a little tired looking, the carpet could be replaced "

"Not a good check-in experience, not been offered my free drink as advertised in their offer, not been informed about check-out or breakfast times. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, requested a new one, reluctantly been offered another one. Breakfast good, that's a plus."

"My visit started with an arrival at about 4pm, only to find the door locked and no answer on the phone number provided on the door despite multiple calls. In desperation I went around back--perhaps a service person could be found. By chance the kitchen boss was coming up the stairs from the basement. I explained and she apologized profusely and was very helpful. She said I should have been given an entry code or lockbox info so I could get the key to my room...Anyway, I was lucky. She told me...
