"After reading some bad reviews I was a little sceptical about here but to my delight I was very happy n amazed at the lodge we stayed in very clean had everything needed. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help in anyway. The toilets - well i walked in said "wow" best toilets iv seen anywhere. All in all this site is n was a good choice n I will be going bk..thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay x"

"Check in was smooth met by the team who helped park the Car and with baggage they then showed us to the apartment really friendly and helpful. Apartment was amazing everything you needed was there including tea coffees croissants cereals and milk in the refrigerator with also some butter. Would definitely recommend to anyone will be back soon hopefully. Big thanks to all."

"The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fab views of the sea and castle made up for having to climb three flights of stairs (no lift). Delicious breakfast at the hotel next door is a very reasonable £15 per head. Easy walk into the town centre/Peasholme Park/Open Air theatre. Very helpful staff."

"Have stayed at the Grand a number of times and always a good, budget hotel for being close to the town and the beach. Parking outside is sometimes a challenge but I managed to get a space so was all good. First time for me being in the lower rooms and good for being away from the sound of the seagulls but not so good for WiFi signal. Also, only one lift services the lower floors so one day it was not working (and so took the stairs). Not a problem later that day but could have been tricky if it had been checkout day ie trying to bring suitcases up the stairs. Certainly a good hotel for the money."
