"Villa is stunning but in a very remote village about 15mins by car from central ubud. The villa staff had very little english so you will need google translate for effective communication. Stock up on supplies beforehand as access in the village is limited. There are no taxis in ubud and the inclines are steep and uneven underfoot so walking is adventurous. "Just the stars for the friendly staff and spa but not really recommend this hotel as the management was so poor once resolving the issues and not worth spending money here. The rooms are not sound proof, the breakfast was average. The gym does not have sufficient machines. So, in general, will not be back here and will not recommend it to anybody else."
