"旅館の場所は、正直分かりにくく、急な坂の真ん中にあるため車で向かう際はかなり気をつけた方が良さそうです。ただ、駐車場にいる男性がとても分かりやすく誘導してくださったので、車高の低い車でも難なく駐車することができとても助かりました。多少の古さはありますがそれがまた良い雰囲気を醸し出し、落ち着きます。露天風呂の苔は、人のよって受け入れられないかもしれません。お食事は2食ありました。味は全体的にやや甘めに感じましたが美味しかったです。お米が一粒一粒立っている感じが良かったです。夕食は18:00過ぎ、朝食は8:00にいただき、時間が空いていましたが空腹を感じることのない量です。石段までの間に色々なお店があり、楽しめます。また、2次元で町おこしをされており、こちらも楽しめました。"

"Love love love the experience here. The service I got is more than I expected. Would love to have better address because I was quite lost looking for this place through Expedia location but searching on google maps shows a better result"

"Super friendly staff everywhere. We were there with a wheelchair bound family member, and really appreciated that almost the entire place is very wheelchair friendly. The only exception was the public bath. Excellent dinner and breakfast; my Japanese family members were impressed too."

"地點其實是一個叫做「伊香保」溫泉的地方，應該係一個曾經盛極一時的溫泉區。這間森秋旅館，算是其中一間有多年傳承的溫泉旅館，地點在山腰，旅館本身擁有多個停車場，我見有「第七駐車場」，可想而知確實是當地地主。食用方面全是當地當灶，可謂時令食材為主。員工人數多，有許多資深的。酒店極為潔淨，你會感受到酒店方面在全力保養舊有設施的同時，亦盡力加添新設備，洗手間有自動感應燈光，可謂一大進步。晚餐已經不錯，但早餐更好。露天風呂算是很大的了。"

"人手不足なのか、チェックイン時に不満を感じる場面も多少ありましたが、その後、誠心誠意、接客していただき、とても気持ち良くすごせました。温泉の泉質もトロトロでとても良いお湯です。夕食も朝食も大満足です。ただお部屋に金庫が無くて、少し不便に感じました。食事やお風呂で部屋をあける際、いちいち貴重品を持ち歩いてしました。 "

"洗練されてるとは云いがたいが従業員さんは一生懸命。設備はは正直ボロい。隣のお客の大騒ぎが筒抜け。大浴場と露天風呂は直接行き来できない。トイレと部屋風呂は別だが、洗面所とトイレは同じ。(和室泊) 食事は悪くない。ご飯、お茶等はセルフ。コストパフォーマンス的には妥当な線ではないかと。"
