"Pros: The hallways and rooms have been professionally renovated. Everything in the room was clean and updated. Was easy to find and easy to access local attractions from. Cons: The lobby and public restrooms were not renovated and definitely showed age. The continental breakfast was incredibly lacking. "

"We travel a lot. Stay in a lot of hotels. This was by far the worst stay we have ever experienced. We got in late the first night of our stay, tired and ready for a shower, and bed. My kids understand how to be quiet and considerate. Like I said, we travel a lot. With that said, ten minutes into unloading our bags and getting situated, we get a call about a noise complaint. The lady below us said we were being loud. We were confused because no one was jumping, running, or horse-playing. The gentleman at the front desk told us she had complained prior to our arrival and is apparently a light sleeper, so we asked for a different room. The gentleman said that wouldn’t be necessary. An hour later, everyone is literally in bed, and we hear banging on the floor of our room. She was banging on her ceiling. It woke up our kids and startled them. Once again, we got a call about being loud. I don’t know how, because we were all asleep except for my wife who had went downstairs to wash a load of clothes. This time the front desk clerk gave us another room. We had to load all our stuff back up and move even though we were not being loud whatsoever. He then tried giving us a room below those same people. I refused that room, so he sent us on the other side of the hotel. That new rooms air conditioner didn’t work, it was hot and sticky, and the hot water kept going out. At least in the first room the ac was cold and the water was hot. Never again. "

"excellent ( breakfast) morning staff Ms. Erika the hostess/waitress, outstanding employee skills in every area of working duties. Some of the fruit looked over ripe and old, perhaps you can improve your level of acceptable fruit quality and discretion but this must come from the top down. Consider adding blueberry and corn muffins baked in house for your signature breakfast items. "

"Parking felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway carpeting on the way to our room was quite stained in a few places which made me nervous about the potential condition of our room. My fears were unfounded as the room, while dated, was very clean. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were on a tight schedule and couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. "
