The staff were excellent and I was very grateful to check in early after an early flight. One small point to note is the windows are single glazed. I happened to be staying when the marathon was on which meant the city was very noisy at all hours. I was woken up multiple times on Saturday by people partying outside until 4am. I recommend taking ear plugs! "

"Very convenient location. Our room on the 10th floor was very nice and quiet and had a view of downtown and the castle. The staff were all very nice and helpful. And the breakfast buffet abundant. The elevators were slow, however. Overall we would recommend this hotel, especially also since the room rate was reasonable."
