"Room was clean, they could have offer some breakfast options or something to eat for dinner cause we came late in the night from the airport and we couldn’t find anything around the area for food in the night. Overall was okay for short stay. The staff was friendly. "

"Wonderful family gem. We were there as a multigenerational family on spring break. We stayed in newly updated rooms on the Splash side. Very nice!!! A/C worked great. Nice pool, lots of family/kids activities during the day. They do make every effort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Food is very good for all inclusive. Lots of variety and a new theme menu every night in Coconut Walk buffet. Several restaurants are also available for dining. The staff is the heart of this resort. Very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They now offer beach cabana rentals and offer golf cart rides to them or maybe a 10 minute walk. Truly a great place for your family. "

"Banbou Terrace was everything we hoped it would be and more! It all starts with the best host ever…Ruphena…who was a joy to meet. Ruphena provided very helpful info about the area and checked in with us via text during our stay. The property itself was lovely. We felt safe inside the gated property. We stayed in the two bedroom unit on the top floor. We tend to cook a good bit when we travel. The fully furnished full kitchen is such a great benefit. The King bedroom with attached roomy full bathroom were wonderful. The AC works well and cools quickly. The living area was comfy and dining area was more than adequate for our needs. We didn’t use the second King bedroom and very roomy full bath, but they are excellent as well. The two exterior features also help to make this property what it is. The rooftop terrace provides ample seating and stunning views of the surrounding area and the sea. The pool on the lower floor is a great place to chill after a day of exploring. If you’re trying to decide between this property or another, you need to go ahead and make it happen. The 10/10 rating didn’t happen on its on. This is THAT place! Thanks again, Ruphena!"

"We had a great stay at Castles in Paradise. We stayed in Villa 7 which has its own private pool with a beautiful covered, shady patio as well as 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a beautiful view of Savannes Bay from the villa. Bonnie, Giselle and Avril made us feel welcome and provided advice about things to see and do on the island. They really provide top notch customer service. You need a car here so you can see the island. The resort is about a 10 min drive to UVF airport. There is an amazing fine dining restaurant near the airport called Fayes Gastronomie Artisan which is not to be missed. Fayes also has a gourmet market where you can buy high quality provisions for your stay. Fayes has meats, fish, fruit, vegetables, snacks, drinks and a wine shop so you can stock your fridge at Castles in Paradise (our villia had a full kitchen) in case you don't want to eat out all the time. There are also local grocery stores. There are also beach bars/restaurants about 10-15 min away and also Kayak on the Bay about 20 min in the other direction in Praslin for a wonderful activity. This is a great place to stay in St.Lucia if you prefer a quiet peaceful property away from the more touristy crowd in the north of the island. We drove to other parts of the island but if you don't feel comfortable driving on the left on curvy roads, I think you can hire a driver for your trips away from the property. "

The space was impeccably clean, the bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook and the host was so so helpful especially for the first two days I was there! "I had a wonderful stay at Vee’s Country Apartments. From the moment I checked in, Hermina was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. She made sure everything was in order and checked in to see that I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Any questions or queries I had during my stay were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself was very well maintained and clearly cared for. It had all the necessary equipment and toiletries needed for a comfortable stay, which made settling in easy. You can really tell that the owners take pride in their property and enjoy what they do, it shows in the attention to detail and overall quality of the place. I would highly recommend Vee’s Country Apartments to anyone staying in the area, especially if you’re in transit and need somewhere comfortable and reliable. A big shout out to Hermina once again for her kindness and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again."

During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery.
