"My stay there for two weeks was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from the receptionists to the waiters/waitresses was amazing! The food there was so delicious, I only ate there a few times but my favourite was the cookies and cream milkshake. Breakfast every morning was so delicious! Especially the buffet breakfast, and the room I was staying at was just beyond my expectations. Little bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny. "Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet."

"We had the BEST massages ever at the Manaia Spa. While the walk up to the spa is a bit ‘tired’ the walk is more than compensated by the thoroughly professional and therapeutic massages we experienced. The staff here saw that our needs were met at every interaction. It is good to see that this resort is endeavouring to build its good reputation under new strategic management. We have booked again for Christmas with the family. Our grand kids will LOVE the pool!!"

"The villas were great and spacious. I had a massage and the lady was lovely. One of the best massages I’ve had. Food was also very good and tasty. Had a mishap (being overcharged Fiafia night fee. Weren’t aware there would be a fee going to dinner at the hotel on this night. Spoke to staff about this and they sorted it out. Would be good to have a heads up on the Fia Fia night fees before being seated for dinner. M"
