"Had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast in Viña del Mar, Chile. It's super clean and comfy. Big shoutout to Jose for the excellent customer service. Yummy breakfast and very convenient for the price. The location is great, and you can't beat the price. They're very responsive, no matter the time. Highly recommended!"

"The B&B is very well located, walking distance to the beach and all shopping centre. The bed was not to confortable but considering the price I don't think we could find better."

"The front desk was very nice and accommodating and the location is great in Viña Del Mar. The room, however, could use upgrading. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. We were given disposable bathroom towels that we would assume are thrown out after our use. Overall, an interesting experience. "

"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"

"You won’t find better views of a beautiful sunset on the Pacific anywhere else! Close enough that you can hear the waves on the beach while you sleep. Great location for beach and restaurants. "

"The hotel entire view is so beautiful and relaxing, our room have an amazing ocean view. At the restaurant the view is wonderful and the service was amazing and especially Luis or Tata, who received us like a deer loving family every time he have seen us. At the Spa Johanna was warm and lovely make feel us at home with all her attention and loving welcome to the spa. We are so happy to choose this hotel for our stay in Viña Del Mar Chile. "
