I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had an amazing experience, which is why I was really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the same standard.
Upon arrival, our suite was missing some of the basic essentials that were advertised. There were no towels or toiletries like shampoo or conditioner, and the soap dispensers were broken. The bathroom also didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned, which was quite disappointing.
Breakfast, which I remembered fondly from my previous stay, was also noticeably limited this time around.
Normally, I wouldn’t let small inconveniences affect my stay, but given that we booked a suite and paid nearly $700 for just one night, I had hoped for a much better experience. I truly hope this feedback helps bring the hotel back to the high standards I once enjoyed.
