"A very clean hotel… exceptionally so. Centrally located opposite the old town. The breakfast was excellent… a wonderful large buffet with lots of delicacies. 5 out of 5 for the breakfast. What this hotel was lacking in was acknowledging my Gold VIP member status. I was not offered any extras or an upgrade. Sadly the room had no extras such as toiletries (face cleaning products, shower cap or toothbrush/paste, shaving equipment etc.). very few teas only one of each as well as two tiny sachets of instant coffee — not really enough for two people staying in one room. Very basic TV selection (very few English speaking channels, no YouTube and no film channels). The room was pretty basic looking but very clean."
