Peaceful and beautiful
We had a lovely and peaceful 4 days here in February of 2021. The staff are as amazing as the views. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

We are in difficult times and we arrived a couple of weeks after re-opening. There were a few problems with the rooms but they were sorted out rapidly by the staff. We were not informed of a 10 am check-out rule but again the staff acomodated us as much as possible. The place is superb. Will co back

We absolutely loved this little paradise, beautiful balinese style garden and decoration, room is very clean and cosy, with stunning view on the resort and sea. The staff (Jose the manager and his team) is among the best, most genuine people I've ever met, they provide high quality of service, very welcoming and caring. Perfect location with resort's private and well preserved beach.

The hotel and the restaurant were lovely. The staff were extremely nice. The referrals and advice they gave on kayak and snorkel trips were not great.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, unfortunately I had to switch rooms twice due to bed bugs being visable. Finally on the third room it was clean but the fear of more bugs had already took its toll.

Good overall experience, very helpful staff at the reception and our room was always cleaned very well. The food in the restaurant could be better and purchasing a kayak would be a good addition for residents to use, like the surrounding hotels have.

The location , staff and facilities lives up to the expectations of a 5 star resort The perfect location and best beach on the island The owner Jose and his staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect and nothing is too much trouble It’s quiet and close to Walking Street Snorkelling just off the beach and the organised boat trip took us to some of the best snorkelling locations we have ever been too , just amazing

Beware that there are a lot of steps up to the rooms. Not so good for the elderly or out of shape people. Staff was wonderful and the beach is perfect!

Ten Moons was the total package. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, the staff was just awesome. I have no complaints, I can't wait to go back.

Our favourite setting on sunrise beach with an excellent restaurant and happy hour The staff were particularly friendly and helpful There are a lot of steps to some of the rooms so if you have problems book your room prior to arrival. However the higher you are the better the views

Everything was just perfect. Amazing view from the beautiful bungalow. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Situated at a very quiet corner of Sunrise beach. The best hotel that we have been to so far at koh lipe. Found the one that we can’t wait to get back to.

A bit overpriced
The best thing about this place is probably its location. Locating on a more quiet spot of the island, you enjoy have a somewhat private beach undisturbed by the crowds and the long-tailed boats like everywhere else. The staffs are friendly and very helpful and they try their best to make your stay comfortable. However, for the quality of facilities I got given the price I paid, I couldn’t help but thought it was a bit overpriced. The room, although was clean, was a little dated. Except for the soap and shampoo, there were no other amenities. The mattress was on the hard side and was not very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was so-so. I’d probably stay elsewhere next time I’m in Lipe.

Paradise
Ten Moons is the perfect place for those looking to relax on the sand, while being a 10 minute walk away from Walking Street. The hotel is situated at the far end of Sunrise Beach. The free breakfast is nice, and you can also use the free snorkel gear. The rooms have stunning views of the water, which really is what you are paying for. They could use a little TLC, but this is the island life after all.

Stunning beach, mediocre hotel.
The hotel has so much potential, but is falling so short. It’s so sad! Staff were unresponsive and bored and food was subpar. When we told them it was too spicy, they got irritated, even though we asked for 0 spice. Rooms were clean with a a nice view, but so hot and the bathroom smelled like #2. There is no light in the shower. They only give you one key which activates your electricity, so no cool room to come back to for you! LOTS of stairs, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with any kind of disability. They offer towels and beach mats, but they smelled fishy and the snorkeling equipment was all broken. Would I come back to Koh Lipe? Yes! Stay here? No, sorry! We did really appreciate the soft and clean beach and their participation in Trash Hero project. That definitely sets them apart from the rest of the island.

Nice location, not too far from Walking street. Better to go there by the beach and cut through another resort because the path from Ten Moon is steep + wet + dark at night. The rooms are rustic, old-style but they are also of old condition. For the price, it could and should be better. Basically paying for view and location and the fact that Lipe is the destination to be at.

Lovely resort with an amazing beach
We loved Ten Moons. I think it is the best location on the island. It has a couple of fantastic beaches right out front and a reef that is great for snorkeling. We saw squid, sea snakes, and tons of fish - it was in a very healthy condition. The rooms are lovely - we had a seaview room with an amazing view of the bay. The cleanliness was spot on. Also the restaurant is really special. We loved it and ate there most nights because it was so good. Thoroughly recommended for families. My 6yo learned to snorkel no problem. The beach is very safe and with a very gentle drop off. Perfect for littlies.

Never ceases to amaze
Wow! This is the second time that I've stayed here. The first time I stayed I felt like had found paradise. So after I stayed a second time I knew what to expect, and again I was just as amazed at how beautiful this part of the world is. Everything about this place is stunning and perfectly complimented by the resort. Every moment here is a moment to treasure. Everyone at Ten Moons takes really good care of their guests and they do their upmost to make sure that your stay is a warm, welcoming and unforgettable experience. What a place. Heavenly.

Nice hotel but a distance from everything else.
Nice place but a distance from eateries. No proper paved cement road to the hotel - needs to be looked into. Those that do not like mosquitoes and steps will have a hard time as huts built on the hill. Most staff friendly but a couple only "friendly" with caucasians. Nice simple set breakfast.

Close to beach
This resort is situated right infront of the beach with beautiful corals and marine life. When you compare to the other beaches around Koh Lipe, Ten Moons is situated right infront of the beach with little or even hardly any boats; Pattaya beach is practically covered with boats! The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful, especially Mr Mo at the restaurant who will chat with every guests and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The hotel crew are always eager with their service. On the downside, the Garden View hut that we got was disappointing due to the amount of mosquitos around. We could not even sit outside the patio to enjoy the sun due to the mosquitoes! What's worse, every morning the lights in the room would come on at 6am due to the powertrip!! It really disturbed our sleep and we were really upset by it; even though we switch off the fan entirely the lights would still come on! We would really have loved to come back to the resort because of the staff there and the comfort they gave us but due to the inconveniences we rather not.

Stayed for three nights, and sorry it was not longer. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly place to stay in a beautiful setting......Ten Moons has it all. We were in a Grand View bungalow. It was spacious and clean with a lovely veranda overlooking the Andaman sea. Although rustic in design, it had all the amenities required.....air conditioning, ceiling fan, fridge and kettle for tea and coffee. The staff are happy and attentive, always willing to help and advise. The breakfast choices are not extensive but are freshly prepared and the restaurant is right on the beach.....perfect. We had one lunch and it was very nice. Ten Moons exceeded our expectations. Be aware that the bungalows are built into a steep hillside and most of the accommodation requires climbing a lot of steps .A special place to spend a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

One of the best places to stay on Ko Lipe
We spent 3 nights at 10 Moons Resort and thought it must be one of the best places to stay on the whole island. This part of sunrise beach is more secluded and away from all the longtail boats. The staff were friendly, the hut (ours high up the hill) had a gorgeous view over the ocean and there were lots of kids about which is what we were hoping for (they provide a good selection of beach toys for them). Sitting on the decking with a drink in the evenings was nice and the balcony in front of the hut nice to sit out and also good for drying wet swimwear. Less positive was the pretty hard bed or mattress and the rather plain food they serve at the restaurant - go elsewhere for dinner. Ko Lipe itself is fun and friendly, though it is overbuilt. But they seem to have gotten the rubbish problem mentioned in many guidebooks a bit more under control recently.

We loved ten moons. It was a little bit of paradise. Quiet secluded beach on what is a busy island. We had the beach front bungalow which had awesome views and right on the beach. Lovely room but bathroom could do with an upgrade.

Island Get Away
This hotel is located at the very end of Sunset Beach on Koh Lipe. My room was by itself offering a view of two different beaches. The location was great, away from the crowds and very quiet. There were many honeymooners and families there during my visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond.

A short stay in paradise
We had a bungalow at the back of the resort with a view of the sea but surrounded by trees, our daughter was in the room next door. Hired a man and a boat for the day £40 arranged by the hotel, went scuba diving at Castaway as recommended by the hotel both were first class. The food in the restaurant was good and matched by the view as we were eating. Mo the man who does everything was almost perpetual motion!! From the arrival on the hotel longtail boat to the departure in the "taxi" everything was restful and beautiful.
