Clean, relaxed, friendly, close to beach,,,, free snorkel use beach towel and welcome drink from friendly staff,,,, bungalows in shade, and quiet even at night... Perfect
There was a rat in the walks scratching every night. Nothing was done about it. None of the staff seemed to care. Slept terribly. The breakfast was absolutely awful. Front desk clerks close the desk and do not answer calls after 9 pm, so if you've a problem, you're SOL until morning. Just wasn't a pleasant stay. A plethora of charming guesthouses and hotels are easily found on the island

A nice hotel in the middle of pattaya beach. Service is almost perfect from a 3* hotel. Jerry pick-up and drop, tasty welcome drink, in-house tour booking, multi-breakfast selection, friendly stuff, nice lady manager. Only one thing requires improvement, the shower-toilet room, needing better fitting

It was right on the beach and a central location on Pattaya beach. We didn’t find Pattaya beach to be too loud at all as the villas were far back enough. Great hotel staff, especially our luggage guy!

Struttura comodissima per lo sbarco, proprio di fronte all’attracco del ferry. Personale cortese e disponibile. Camera con letto extra-extra large e Wi-Fi funzionante. Colazione buona con scelte varie. Nessun rilievo particolare.
Fräscht och fint boende. Enda som vi saknade var att altanen inte var möblerad (som man ser på bilderna) och några krokar inne i rummet. Annars toppen.
Fräscht och nyrenoverat.. grymt bra läge på pattaya Beach. Lite strul med städning de missade att städa vårt rum en dag.. sen så ändrade de frukosten från fin buffe till enkel frukost mitt under vistelsen. Pris lite i överkant för vad man får.

Disappointment
Check-in was difficult, because they didn’t know I allready had paid our stay and they also refused to accept creditcard for deposit. Although it says deposit can be maid by cash or card.
I gave this hotel feedback the day we checked in and on of their workers came to me later and kept asking why i did that and said that she could lose her job cause it wasn’t a good feedback. She also said that maybe i was just upset about the hot weather. Well i wasn’t, i was bring honest when my experience wasn’t good one. I felt bad and not welcome there and I think it’s very unprofessional no act that way towards your guests.
They were also renowaiting there all the time, so it was little bit messy and noisy. Breakfast had to be ordered everyday and this was also something they didn’t tell us when we checked in.
The location is good, but the walls are paper-thin so nights were terrible when the music is playing loudly on the beach.
We would not stay here again, it was rude and definitely not worth the money.

In the room check-in the key deposit with cash is normal in Thailand.
Because if customers deposit by credit card, then on the day of the check-out, we had to return the deposit to the customer
And if the customer deposit by credit card, which we have to contact the central bank to notify you of canceling your payment which it has passed many days.
And customers themselves have to wait for the central bank to contact the resort bank may take several days, which the resort itself considers it more difficult if the customer will deposit the keys as cash
Which the resort itself is trying to find ways that makes the customer the most convenient and impressive.
And the resort has informed the customer that key deposit is the money that the resort has to return to the customer.
And already informed that if the customer is not convenient to exchange more Thai money, because the customer has determined the amount of money that must be used daily in Thailand, we are willing to accept the key deposit in other currencies.
Which the customers themselves do not like the deposit of this key
Breakfast, the resort has made breakfast served to customers in front of the room.And will have a breakfast card for customers to choose every day hung in front of the customer's room door.
Which customers can choose to change their breakfast every day, enabling customers to have breakfast each day uniquely.
Our staff tried to explain all the details. But the customer refused to listen and saw that all of our staff explained to customer was rude.
Which our employees do not have any vulgar or verbal behavior.
If the customer talks about our staff in this report, that means it will affect they work.

Lite trånga rum för fler än två personer, inga sängkläder bytta på fem nätter. Bra frukost och suveränt läge. Väldigt nära passkontrollen och presic på stranden.

Der Aufenthalt im Deluxe-Room war entspannend. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal hat die Zeit sehr angenehm gestaltet. Direkter Zugang zum Massage-Salon im Obergeschoss. Am Frühstück könnte man noch was verbessern, ist aber alles eine persönliche Geschmacksache. Gerne wieder da gute Lage direkt am Pattaya-Strand und der Monkey-Bar.
