Dear our valued guests, We really apologize to hear that you had food poisoning during your stay at our place. I have been contacted with the ground office about this issue, and they said that all of the things are fresh and well-cooked; therefore, I am not sure weather the food that you took is from Koh Lipe or not since there are several people ordered the seafood dish as well, but all of them were alright. For your food bills, we will never ever put anything extra in your bill, it is not acceptable and not professional. We always let the guest sign their name on their bills. However, you insist to not sign your name on the bill, which made us feeling uncomfortable as well since there will be a problem like this happen. Every guests sign their name, and none of them has no problem about the food bill. I am not defending my property, but I would like to clarify the things that make your stay feeling not satisfied. We are really thankful for all of your concerns, and we will definitely take notes on that. With regards
