Highly recommended
Very nice private beach located at sun set beach side. I highly highly recommend to try their break fast menu and dinner menu. Hotel also offer free bike taxi until 9 pm.

Did not want to clean the baby chair for my son because: „we have no time now“. Room was not clean. Hairs everywhere. Breakfast very bad and kitchen looks very disgusting. When we asked for an extra towel they wanted to charge us extra. Left the Hotel after 1night because overall condition not acceptable!

The view from the balcony is beautiful. Lovely large rooms with built in Spa on the balcony. The pool and private beach are both excellent. Free shuttle service to anywhere on the island is a bonus. The staff and service we received were top drawer.

The jewel of Koh Lipe resorts, only 12 rooms, all with incredible views. Spacious, clean rooms, great private pool. Limited menu, but well prepared. Staff are wonderful. Private beach is small but adequate. NO INTERNET EVER!!! Small amounts of hot water, and electricity cuts off often. Loved it.

No wi-fi is the one and only complaint . The hotel staff was fabulous and treated us like family . The receptionist Cha Cha went above and beyon our needs . Pim is the best chef on the island hands down . We are a family of 8 and always had fun things to do thanks to Cha Cha . The island takes a bit to get to but once there is a hidden gem . Thank you staff !

Very friendly staff and the free shuttle service is very handy. When we were there, there was issue with the water in the swimming pool, so we were not able to use the pool.

Price for extra bed not worth it !!
Room are spacious with reasonable price however additional bed on the floor is to expensive somemore the bed so hard. It's cost me very high price including limited item of breakfast. Either want or not, you must take if not you can't enter the room. Also.. No wifi available during our check in date. Only last night before we leave receptionist told us available. Very sad.

Wonderful and relaxed holiday
The hotel did not arrange for pick up at the beach. So a tour guide called the hotel to send the taxi. The hotel is beautiful! The layout of the rooms are great! We were given a very nice room with privacy. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the view and the private Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi worked very well. The only thing we didn't like about the room is that we showered in cold water the first night, as there is no hot water. And there is no phone in the room to call the front desk. Breakfast is not a big WOW, as there is very limited selection and variety. It is an ala carte style not international buffet.

Nice hotel, little remote, seemed unfinished
The hotel was remote with private beach which was nice and they provide shuttle to and from hotel. The staff were extremwly friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in just seemed unfinished. There were cords that didnt connect to anything etc. but overall a very nice hotel.

Nice hotel by the beach
Hotel staff was awesome to let us check in early because we book a afternoon plankton trip. Hotel ocean view is awesome, but hotel room stuff seems old. Quite far to go out to walking street but hotel provide free taxi ride till 8:40pm. Overall gd experience. Thank u asara!

Nice hotel with private beautiful beach
I’ve stay in this hotel for 2nights with friends, occean family rooms .This hotel is very great, big and clean room ,nice seaview from balcony every room, staff is friendly and nice they are ready to help you for everythings, they have taxi to service guest for free till 8.50 p.m. if i have a chance to Koh lipe again, here is my choice.

Relaxing stay at beautiful private beach
Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Staff very friendly. Food was very tasty including breakfast! Pool was very nice, only thing I was missing was a parasol as sun is very strong. Best thing about the place is the private beach. Free snorkelling and kayaking. Tropical fish within steps away. Free tuk tuk until 8:30pm to go anywhere

Room with a view
We stayed for 8 nights in the upgraded Villa. Very spacious room with a beautiful view over the ocean, beach, pool & jacuzzi on the verandah. This is one of the better properties in Koh Lipe - Great location - private beach and close to the main walking street. very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Complimentary taxi service around the island is very handing - great service. Room service menus - food quality was amazing. Breakfast menu is a little limited / boring - compared to other hotels in Thailand (they really need to work on the Breakfast options) If they spent a little more time maintaining the gardens, lawn and facilities of the property - the venue would be 5 Star. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would definitely be back again.

Fabulous rooms, lovely quiet location
The room was amazing. Seaviews from every room.the best part is the big deck with spa bath (We used the spa bath every day). The breakfast/restaurant was very good (their satay sauce is legendary). The pool and loungers were Great, great snorkelling straight off the beach, and they arranged hire of a longboat to wherever we wanted, straight from our beach. Free taxis/tuktuks to/from town were very welcome in the heat even though it was only about a 3 minute ride. The staff are very helpful.. Its a quiet location and with only 12 rooms there arent lots of people around. If thats what you're after its perfect. And it was perfect for us.

Top Notch Service
Pick up and drop off anywhere on the island is great. Walking to sunrise beach is also pretty close. The family that runs this hotel are amazing. They're there for you if you need anything, best service I got in Thailand seriously. The breakfast that came included was also really good. I gave the dinner menu a shot and turned out to be one of the best pad thai I had. The cook was also nice enough to give me a class on how she made it. The kayak and gear they provided was a ++. I highly recommend this place.

The private beach is nice.
Complimentary tuck tuck transportation to wherever you need to go. Everything within 5 minutes. Great snorkelling in the area and is a must do.

New friendly hotel on a beautiful quiet beach
This hotel has only started a couple of months ago. The team is extremely enthusiastic, and what they lack in experience they more than make up for in eagerness. The hotel is on the quieter side of Ko Lipe, on a north-west facing beautiful private little beach. But it's only a 5 minutes walk up and down a hill to the bustling Pattaya beach with all the restaurants and bars. And the hotel offers unlimited free rides to anywhere on the island. Rooms are great, I think all of them with beautiful sea view (ours certainly was), air-conditioned, clean, with big fridge and ours had a huge shower. Nice swimming pool just by the beach. You can get snorkels and masks from the hotel and there is good snorkeling from the beach.

Flott hotell med fantastisk personale! Egen taxi service som tok deg dit du ønsket gratis. Hotellet fikset organisering av utflukter og retur reise. Eneste minus var maten, var uheldig og fikk kald mat et par ganger, men eller var det bra. Billig mat og drikke på hotellet. Flotte snorkelmuligheter ved hotellets egen strand. Noe dårlige bademuligheter i sjøen ved lavvann, da det var en del stener og koraller tett på land.

Hotel z niewykorzystanym potencjałem.
Hotel położony w zacisznym miejscu z prywatną, małą plażą średnio zadbaną. Dla ludzi, którzy chcą odpocząć w ciszy i spokoju od wszystkiego i wszystkich. Przyjazny personel. Bardzo duże pokoje z jacuzzi na tarasie i pięknym widokiem ale niestety podniszczone. Wyłączone fontanny, niezadbana zieleń. Śniadania bardzo podstawowe. Mały i monotonny wybór. Wyglada to tak jakby ktoś chciał oszczędzić na wszystkim co tylko możliwe. Za zbicie zwykłego kieliszka do wina przy wymeldowaniu chciano ode mnie 200 TBH. Ostatecznie odstąpiono od zapłaty. Cena za pobyt zdecydowanie wygórowana w stosunku do jakości. Za takie pieniądze w Tajlandii można zarezerwować bardzo luksusowy hotel. Miłym akcentem jest możliwość korzystania z darmowego transportu w różne części wyspy. Czy było źle? Nie. Niestety za taką kasę powinno być super a było średnio.

是次honeymoon一連住了7晚 酒店的服務和工作人員令我有賓至如歸的感覺 房間很大，海景和jacuzzi非常棒 而且每天都打掃得很乾淨 數級樓梯就到泳池和私人海灘 環境寧靜，優美，舒適 酒店提供免費taxi來回步行街 以whatsapp溝通酒店各種服務，回覆極有效率，每次都快得令人驚嘆☺️

繁華街から離れているので静か。不便と感じる人もいるかもしれません。 サンセットビーチやデショービーチにカヤックで出かけ、パタヤビーチまではシタホテルの脇に道があるので歩け流ので私は充分です。 スタッフさんはでしゃばらず、優しい感じです。

Wow !!! cet hotel est sous estimé, le service est excellent. Chambre très grande avec vue sur la mer. Et que dire de la mer qui est rempli de trésor juste en face de l'hôtel. Hotel en retrait de l'action mais ils offrent le transport partout sur l'ile gratuitement

แย่มาก มีเพื่อนก็จะไม่แนะนำ น้ำในสระน้ำคอรันเยอะมากกัดเด็กจนเป็นแผลเลือดซิบๆเลย..บริการก็พูดจากับลูกค้าแย่มากเสริฟอาหารเช้า ออกมาตะหวาดลูกค้า เพื่อนมาหาก็หามาไม่ได้ แย่มาก เกิดมาไม่เคยเจอ รร.แย่ขนาดนี้เลย จะไม่มีแยะใครไปพักเด็กขาด

目の前にはプライベートビーチ、カヤックやシュノーケルのゴーグルは無料で貸してもらえてとても楽しめます。行きたいお店を言えばスタッフが送り迎えをしてくれるので不自由なく過ごせます。ただ、最終の夜に大量のダニに体を噛まれてしまいとても痛痒く寝ることができませんでした。とても残念でした。

優しいスタッフに囲まれた景色の良いホテル
繁華街から離れているが、静かな環境、ゆったりした空間で快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 細かい部分では改善の余地がありますが、さほど気になりません。 またリペ島にお邪魔する場合には宿泊したいと思ってます。 よかった点 プール、部屋からの景色はのんびり最高。 ジャクジーも満足 キッチンのお母さんの心ずかいも嬉しかった。 フロントスタッフも英語のわからない私達にも理解できるよう努力が見られるありがたかった。 時間内は島内は送り迎えしてくれる。 急な延泊にも対応してくれた。 スタッフが少人数のため安心。 悪い点 若干朝食はオーダーミス頼んだものがこなかったり。 間違ったものがきたり。 ダブルシンク１つ使えなかった。 トイレの扉ののぶが補修してあったが、壊れていて若干面倒。

This hotel is located a bit far from the main area. And the beach in front of the hotel is not like the emerald beach with white sand like other beaches on Lipe island. But I definitely loved this surtoudndings because the beach in front has rich reefs with many fishes. When you swim a little bit, there is the best point for snorkeling. You can rent a snorkeling equipment for the hotel for free. If you rent a kayak from the hotel, which is a also for free, you an enjoy kayaking and snorkeling at the same time. If you stay at the hotel in front of sunrise beach or pattaya beach, you should go on day your to enjoy this experience. If you stay at this hotel, you can enjoy anytime you want. If you love snorkeling rather than just a beach, you’d better choose this area. If you want enjoy dinner at main area, the free taxi at the hotel will take you for free.

다시 놀러갈게요~^^
프라이빗 이라는 이름에 맞게 깊이 들어오고 주변이 아무것도 없고 해변이 딱 투숙객만 이용할 수 있어서 휴양하기는 좋았던 거 같아요~ 단지 무료할 수 있기 때문에 서비스(공짜) 오토바이 택시타고 워킹스트릿이라도 나갔다오심 좋을 것 같아요~^^시설도 태국 다른 호텔보다 관리가 좋았던 거 같아요~ 룸도 둘이 쓰기 아까울 정도로 크고 좋았습니다~^^ 다만 전력이 부족한지 저녁에 한두번 1~2분정도 정전됐다가 풀리고 하더라구요~ 그거 빼고는 다른 어떤곳 못지않게 좋았습니다~^^
