"La ubicación es perfecta , el hotel muy lindo y acogedor. El personal súper amable .
Las habitaciones amplias y con AC que en verano si es muy necesario porque no todos los hoteles cuentan con ese servicio. Súper recomendable"

"Only complaint - hotel in a massive renovation, not clearly communicated at Expedia site - ended up in a room facing afternoon sun, outside 30C plus, inside way above that as cleaners had not bothered to close the shades. A noisy fan did not help. Find it very disappointing that £440 per night hotel has no air con (and when we asked will not have as old building is protected and no air con can be installed. Our first visit was 1994, and many times thereafter."
