"酒店各方面都十分滿意！這次住的房型是Deluxe family room. (兩間房中間有門相隔，一間是雙人床，另一間是兩張單人床，完全符合一家四口需要），入住兩晚連早餐。房間寬敞、附免費飲品及小食、床舖舒適、露台的椅子設計符合人體工學，坐上十分舒服，充滿悠閒感。酒店設施多，有桌球枱、乒乓球桌、附滑梯和兒童玩樂的泳池等等，員工服務優良，常常留意顧客需要，地點方便，酒店旁已是Terminal 21 商場，有夜巿相連，絕對推介到芭提雅入住！"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation. "
